Half Day Mediations.

At Civil Resolutions we conduct a half day FDR or mediation from 9.30am to 1.30pm with a 15-minute break at a total cost of $2000.00 plus GST.

Full Day Mediations.

A full day mediation would run from 9.30am to 4.00pm with a 1 hour break at a total cost of $3000.00 plus GST. In the event the mediations run over time no additional charge will be made.

Intake Sessions.

An intake session is always completed before any FDR or mediation to check and assess that the matter is suitable to proceed. The cost of the intake session is charged separately at $500.00 per hour plus GST.

Section 60I Certificates.

In the event the FDR proceeds, the cost of any 60I issued is inclusive. In the event the FDR does not proceed the cost of the certificate will be charged separately at a cost of $450.00 plus GST.

Most services can be conducted by Zoom or if lawyer assisted, by zoom or in person at an agreed location. Rooms are also available for hire at an additional cost.
